Dear List readers:
I have had over thirty replies to my question about itching. Many people have
had this problem and some were successful in dealing with it with a variety
of topical ointments. I tried many of the salves with no success. Some felt it
could be a more sinister problem such as kidney failure, DH, diabetes or a
less serious reason such as pollen from the newly budding trees and flowers. I
called my dermatologist again and he says it is stress and gave me a
combination antihistamine and tranquilizer. I am still itching and hoping I can find
something to stop it. LP in AZ
