I almost got a tear in my eye. I was walking in Albertson's (grocery store in San Diego) and there was a big banner in the frozen section:
WHEAT FREE
GLUTEN FREE
It was one thing for them to carry these items, but even better putting out a big banner with these words. The company is called "S'Better Farms. I think they make mostly Kosher products. I've only tried one of the products and it was delicious. I'm going to list below what they have that is gluten-free. (They do carry corn dogs that are not gluten-free)
Chicken Siciliano (2 servings) It's 2 seasoned chicken breasts with fresh tomatoes and herbs
Chicken Ballontine (don't have the description, but what I remember is that it was chicken in a rice & mushroom sauce)
Chicken Party Wings
Chicken Fingers (this is what I tried and they were delicious and the batter looks very "glutinous" but isn't)
There's also Szechwen Chicken (don't have description)
Here's their web-site.

You can see the description on their web-stie.
Maybe you can get them to carry their products in your local grocery store. It says on the box:
"The Chef that prepared your food uses the same staff and farm fresh ingredients to prepare kosher banquet food for top drawer national hotel chains."
As always, I have no affiliation, just trying to spread the word.
