Too funny Bobby, just got back from our annual Elks therapist
conference.
Which as I reread that sentence almost sounds like something from Monty
Python.

Ken,

It has been a quiet list of late. I guess most of our members are
too
busy to post.

As to different cuts of beef, I am ashamed to say I know little
because
we don't by buy beef steaks that much. I do know Angus has the best cuts
of
beef. Most of the herds I have seen here are Angus.

BTW, for Kat and Beth, who are Monty Python affaciando's(Sp?), we
have a
spam festival here which parodies the chili cook offs. It just finished
last
week. Their theme is "Spam, spam, etc.
wheres my texan? he ought to know about beef.
Bobby
