Replying to Raechel's April 2006 posting, I got into e-mail contact with
Catherine Thomas, and she got me an owner's manual for my Optacon, which was
very helpful in getting started with it. She also provided some helpful
hints.

In attempting a few days ago to create an Optacon folder in Outlook
Express and moving my Optacon e-mail to it, I lost all that e-mail and can
find no Optacon folder.

Although I'd saved the manual in a file and remember much of what was in
the e-mail, it would be good to have Catherine's e-mail address so that I
might ask her to resend what's lost and advise her of my progress.

I tried to find it in the archives, but it seemed not to be there--perhaps
because this was my 1st visit and I have no password for the VICUG archives.

  Can anyone help?

  --Nelson, Oakland, Calif.
