Friends,

I wanted to update my information on USB hub/ expanders and there's no
better place than this to share personal issues like these.

so, the so called USB hubs/ expanders which are connected on the USB port to
enable users to attach more than one device on the machine are surely good
things to consider.
however my concern is whether these expanders require drivers to be
installed and made functional or they are just plug ins?

this is particularly important for users of window 98 second version.
I understand that it may be true that these expanders are plug ins in case
of win xp but may not be so for window 98s

so what's the solution for win98 users?
where to find the drivers?

thanks indeed for the help.
Ms Anjalee
