I have always used an IBM ThinkPad of one model or another. I HATE the
Touchpads, the screens on the ThinkPads are large enough and crisp enough I
can use them and the Accessibility Options on the third mouse button are
very nice. (Not having to install ZoomText is a VERY nice benefit and
having "runway lights" come on to help me find a "lost" mouse pointer is
good for me as well.) I have trouble with leaning on the arrow keys with my
right hand / wrist / arm. This happens alot when I am wearing a sweatshirt
as all I like them big and sloppy. I have had to pay more attention to my
right arm placement when the ThinkPad is on a desk or table vs. when I use
it in my recliner at home. (Not much use of it in the recliner as I am in
the middle of stitching several class pieces so I can schedule them and
bring more money in.)

I also wear a cross on a chain around my neck all the time. (My husband got
it for me for Easter several years ago and I even had it blessed by my
Priest.) Sometimes, if I am leaning in to read something especially small
or in a non-contrasting color, it may hit one of the mouse buttons. I have
started to tuck it inside my polo shirts whenever I am using the ThinkPad on
a desk or table. Problem solved. Sometimes "low tech" works the best. (I
would never disable the TrackPoint "ereaserhead" because I actually reach
for it even if an external mouse or trackball is attached.)
