Tony, you need only download the lame mp3 encoder as the manual outlines,
install it (it's free,) then Total Recorder will create mp3 files.  If
youneed help regarding that, ask.  You will want to do that, because few if
amy portable players will play wave files, and the size discrepancy is very
great.
