Hello Clark and other stereo enthusiast:
Yes, there is a F M transmitter that can broadcast from your computer to
radios tuned to the same frequency around your house or apartment. The
device plugs into the line out or headphone jack of your sound card. C Crane
has them for $69.95 in three different colors. Read more about them at
http://www.ccrane.com/fm-transmitter.aspx
I called radio shack and they have them at about the same price.
Good listening to you:

:
: I've ripped my home CD collection to my computer. I've installed WinAmp
on
: the system and am starting to learn my way around it.
: I have a much nicer home stereo system than that which is on my PC. How
can
: I play my music on my PC and hear it on the home stereo system?
:
