Due to the effects of the recent Sobig virus, Freedom Scientific has
temporarily disabled many of its e-mail address, including technical

not be received.

This virus has caused an influx of more than 500 messages per hour to the
Freedom Scientific server. Freedom Scientific will continue to offer
technical support over the phone. Please call Freedom Scientific's

support.

Email support services will be re-established as soon as the influx
subsides. We request your cooperation to help us eliminate this problem and
provide this valuable service to all of our customers as soon as possible.
