all the replies on migraine seem to go towards food(s) sensitivities. No one
is mentioning the environmental sensitivities...............isn't anyone here
affected by it? I know I am. Especially: dust, fresh cut grass, smoke,
smell of fresh baked breads.................the list is endless.
Yes I get migraines from perfumes in magazines as well as chemical odors from
things like woodworking stains varnishes etc. One thing that has helped me
prevent migraines is cod liver oil and vitamin d. Magnesium helps to shorten the
duration and lessen the intensity when I get them.
