I read that calculation (half your body weight in grams) somewhere, too, but
that seems low. I weigh about 135 lbs. and I eat roughly four meals with
about 5 ounces of protein each and then I have about 2 to 3 oz. of protein
before going to bed. I would be very hungry if I ate less protein. Is that
formula correct and where did it come from?
