Wow, how do you get your body fat that low? I eat paleo, lift weights 3 days
a week (heavy, light, drop sets, supersets, etc. - I change every 4 weeks),
walk/jog, ride the bike, and do a combo of Pilates and Power Yoga, yet I
never got below 16%.

You eat 3,600 calories a day? I wish I could eat that much. I have wondered
if my body is just deprived and maybe eating MORE rather than less would do
the trick. I am 5'8" and weigh 138 lbs so I am by no means overweight, it's
the lack of firmness that bothers me and really it's mostly in my lower
body.
