I just found out I am intolerant to avocadoes - imagine my disappointment.
For simplicity you can buy a good, fresh salsa, mash the avocadoes, and then
mash the salsa into it. There are more "sophisticated" recipes out there
though. :)

I buy my virgin coconut oil at www.tropicaltraditions.com. It's the best
tasting I have found.
