Please list one disease that has been linked directly to mercury in amalgam
fillings.

Not a single disease is listed on the sites you posted.  Just "potential
possibilities" which do not appear to be clinically significant because the answer
to my above request is: you will not find any diseases linked to mercury in
amalgam fillings except for anecdotal evidence which means nothing in medical
terms.
