Hmm, I have noticed hat my pores in my face are larger again and I have more
black heads than before. Maybe it's the rice protein.

That' s exactly why I use it - I think. During the 10 day fast it was so I
wouldn't loose any muscle, but that's not necessary during a one-day fast.
Now it's more of an addiction.

I don't do much juice anyhow and never carrot - only green juice. If I don't
have any protein however, than I wouldn't have juice either.
Guess it's time to stop the rice protein all together. I am noticing hair
loss and dry skin as well. Not sure how much of that can be attributed to
grains, but it's worth a try to see if things will get better if I stop the
rice protein.
