I think that they add flax seed to their diet...

I'm not sure, but at least it's a food that could possibly have been eaten
by wild fowl and it's (flax seed) a whole natural food. If you want (true)
paleo, you would have to go out in the wild and get eggs or raise your own
chickens and fully control their feed, both strategies of which are very
impractical for a person living in a city. You do the best you can. Eating
non-processed food is huge step in the right direction in my opinion.
