I think Tad is spot on with this observation. 'Normaly' I eat a lot of
salad and meat, with the steak lover's diet I am not eating alot of
roughage and sometimes go a day or so without a BM, which is unusual
for me. In one of Vilhjalmur Steffanson's books/articles he discusses
going a week or so without a BM on an all meat diet. I am eating a few
pounds of meat a day and losing weight suprisingly rapidly. I can't
imagine I am constipated, but if I explode, I will let you know. ;-)
