Depends what you need it for.  I put walnut oil on salads, and thats
about all I need.  I don't eat any of the things that use to need
butter so I don't need a solid fat.  The only thing that springs to
mind is soya spread- whether that's any better than butter in the long
run I don't know.  I suppose the idea solution would be lard made from
the fat of naturally fed animals?
