If those small corporations believed in the Paleo Diet, they could and
would produce paleo foods.

the problem is not with small companies but with the green light given to
them ,by the corporation model , to become monsters of greed and irrespect
for air, water, foods, peoples .

the thing is that small corporations are stupid enough to play the same game
that is set up by the big ones to cause their disparition . a small business
wanting to provide paleo will be better off choosing an other model like a
community supported agriculture .

By experience , there is no way of producing high quality foods by giving
the priority to cost effectives technics.

ever you let your animals roam on huge surface in total free range or you
crammed as much animals as you can on the smallest piece of land and
supplement them with unatural foods ( like silage in the context of the new
trend "grass fed ").

The joke is that the last method require in fact way more lands ( if you
take in accompt the real foot print ) to be lock to feed those animals but
it is" cost effective "for the farmer .
