If a company is publicly traded (i.e. anyone can buy shares in the company)
then the laws concerning due diligence FORCE the company to seek PROFIT
above all else as long as it's legal. If a company is publicly traded then
it is guaranteed that it will not be able to make and sell paleo food for
very long before the goal of profit supersedes the goal of paleo.

If on the other hand a company is privately owned AND if the owner(s) are
committed to quality paleo over profit then THAT company would succeed in
producing and selling quality paleo food.

A much better approach would be a non-profit organization where the quality
controls are written into the bylaws. Then that org could focus on quality
paleo and sell at cost+overhead.

The above is certainly true in the US and is probably true in the EU and
other first world countries since they all tend to have laws similar to the
US concerning corporations.
