I wasn't really intending to debate this, but absolute rebuttals to simple observations can be really annoying. Here goes.
 
I don't think whey protein, as un-paleo as it is, holds a candle to the adulteration that goes on regarding soy protein. 
 
Adding "6 sythetic amino acids to make it complete" to whey protein is not necessary to make make it edible, it is merely done to make it a (more) complete protein. 
 
Soy protein, on the other hand, has to be processed, and re-processed, just to make it *edible*.
