I just looked up this from your earlier message. I think you are correct
that the acne (not sure about other skin problems but have anectodal stories of
people with skin tags whose conditions greatly improved after going low-carb)
could be sugar related. Therefore, cut down on all the fruit you are eating.
Limit to 1/2 to 1 cup at most of berries per day.
