Theola, who is doing your testing?  If you are going to Dr. Zava's lab (on
the internet) you can just call him on the phone and read him your results
and he will give you an educated opinion as to why you have those values and
what you can do about it.

I can't remember Dr. Zava's website address, you may need to do a search.
Dr. Zava and Dr. Lee have a book out now....
