Ams, you have some good suggestions.
"Donating money to the NADD is not the solution, we in the Diaspora should
form strong assocations, all over in both europe and the states, with
co-assocations and direct links back home. I think this is what we should be
working on, rather."
Have you started making your above vision a reality? I so, can you let the
STGDP and other Gambian orgs. in the diaspora know how we can complement
your effort. If you have not yet started implementing, what is/are your
obsticles?
"We should not relax and leave all to Nadd, nadd is a political party, which
in fact most Gambian people like me ofcourse wish, to up-root Jammeh, but
the sad thing is the presence of members of the former regime."
Ams, we (you, me, others) are in partnership with NADD and that has been
going on since 2003.
"If Nadd take power these same people will continue to hinder our
development. I do not have confidence in their personality anyway."
Well Ams, what next steps do you recommend? I suppose we stay with Yaya and
the APRC. You want Yaya out, but you do not want NADD in. Our hands are
really tied with this one for we do not have another party to choose from.
Any suggestions on that?
What is practical in my view is to is to use the vehicle (NADD) you have
while the race in hot and then tune it up later after the race. What do you
think?
