I fell asleep during the last 20 minutes of the show, and it was driving me
mad, wondering how it'd ended. So I suppose the jury acquitted the wife,
then? Or did the judge declare a mistrial?
This was particularly interesting to me as I think it's one of the cruelest
thing a man can do, refuse to give his wife a get, thereby holding her
hostage within the Orthodox Jewish community. (yes I know they weren't
considerd Orthodox but this is a very conservative Jewish law which is
applied most strictly in the Orthodox religion).
