The spontaneous reboots occurr when EXITING programs (which seems odd). It has done it upon exiting Far Cry and Painkiller. It has also rebooted when shutting down a USB device before removing it (safe removal). It does not do it every time nor is there a commond denominator that I can readily see. It has never done it when booting a program. It will sometimes do it during the execution of a program.

It also appears to do it whenevern I enter a keystroke during the running of Memtest.
