What brand of PDA do you have?  Sony and others have proprietary memory sticks.  A compact flash card is not generally a "memory stick".  I think some PDA's could use CF cards, but it would be best to look at your owner's manual to see what you need since it is likely to be proprietary, and most likely not a compact flash card.
