As always, thanks for your intellegent commentary. Bottom line is that we agree on everything but your statement above. I don't believe anything can *make up* for dietary shortcomings. Exercise (with a purpose! -- love that), avoiding nicotine, caffiene, too much stress certainly make things better. Oh heck, Ginny said it best. Read the last sentence in her post!
