<snip>Did you have fewer cravings?<snip>

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Yes...I really only ate two meals today because I was out gallivanting
around today.   I ate breakfast about 9 a.m. and didn't feel any hunger
pangs until around 4 p.m.  So I ate a handful of nuts while dinner was
cooking.  Then ate dinner around 7 p.m.  I had a fleeting thought that I
wanted to find something else, but forgot about it as quickly as it happened
This is only the fourth day since starting this, but I feel more energetic.
Normally I will get up in the morning and be up for a couple hours and then
go back to bed.  Usually I have zero energy for anything, and could sleep 20
hours at times.  Today I got up around 8:30 a.m., (after just 8 hours sleep)
woke up without setting an alarm clock and have been running some errands
etc. today.  It is now 10:30 p.m. and I did not take a nap today.  That is a
huge difference for me.
Sincerely,
Lynn
