None. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been on a low carb diet for years
and after studying the nutritional aspects of an all protein/fat diet I decided
that I would be better off with NO carbs. ( I still get a very small amount
of carbs in the eggs and lime juice,) On this regimen I have been able to
