Hang on, I have sarcoidosis and suffer greatly although it improved a lot on
Paleo. Are you telling me that gluten intolerance is connected with it? It's
in my kidney(infections), left eye granuloma which block my view effectively
and joints. Eating SAD will definitely trigger inflammations but I always
thought it was because of the whole picture. Never knew  sarcoidois had
anything to do with gluten.
Please explain if you can or post a link because this is boggling and
intruiging.
