I wonder if anyone can give me some thoughts on reducing tendon and
ligament pain.

This summer has been very bad for me, worse than I have had before. I
twisted an ankle this spring and it has been healing very slowly.
Besides that, my hands and forearms suddenly started giving me trouble,
wrists and thumbs especially. Partly this was caused by some computer
trouble I was having, because I started using a laptop all the time,
with very bad positioning and posture, so that my hands were bent when
typing.

I am back to a better computer keyboard, but the pain has been slow to
heal. I have resorted to using my hands as little as possible for the
last few weeks, and this has helped, but it is still very bothersome.

My diet has not been good since last year when I was sick, I had to eat
whatever helped my stomach relax, and many paleo fruits and vegetables
were too acid, they caused severe pain, so I ended up eating lots (for
me) of junk food simply because it didn't hurt. I also drink too much
coke, as that is the best thing for relieving an acid stomach! All in
all, not good. I think that my poor diet exacerbated my bad computer
habits and led to inflamation.

So any paleo suggestion? My diet is much better now since my stomach is
better, but any specific ideas?

I was interested when last week someone noted that eating just a little
gluten caused their hands to hurt. That perked up my ears!
