Thanks for this clarification.  I was ready to send my own reply about
this!

Cellulitis is indeed an infection of the skin.  In 2001, I was
unfortunate enough to have an infection of that type (accompanied by
stapholococcus bacteria) and nearly died from it.  If it weren't for my
husband, I wouldn't be here today;  I needed ER surgery and antibiotics
to combat that.

Cellulitis is very different from cellulite ---  the fatty deposits
that cause the cottage-cheese-like dimpling in the skin.
