My favorite pillow is made of buckwheat hulls.  You can move the filling
around to make a nice nest for your head.  If you sleep on your side, you
probably need a pillow to prevent strain for your neck.  Have your neck
be neutral, neither too much to one side or the other, to prevent muscle
strain.  So, not too big a pillow or too small.

I don't see anything inherently non-paleo about a pillow.  Maybe buckwheat
hulls hadn't been invented, but you could roll up a nice fur for your
head :-)
