Listmates,

We have recently had a critical shipment of food supplements from Canada delayed by customs and the FDA.  We weren't able even to determine where the shipment was for more than a month.

Our problem has, hopefully, been resolved, but I want to write our Congressmen to let them know about this situation.  If you have had a similar experience, will you please tell me briefly what happened and how it was resolved?
