I did it again!  I made the most perfect gf tollhouse chocolate chip
cookies.  It is so extremely easy.  I make them just like the tollhouse
recipe says.  The only substitution I make is the flour.  I used 1 for 1
"Authentic Foods- Gluten Free Flour Blend" for regular wheat flour.  They
look and taste perfect!  You have to use a good non-stick pan though and
don't leave them out too long to prevent drying out too soon.
