You find "Non-gebrochts" labeled foods (which are gluten free as are any
kosher for Passver products that do not have any matzo product in it)
mostly in
very religious neighborhoods. I believe the ultra- othodox Jews and maybe
other
orthodox Jews do not believe it is kosher to eat matzo products (as opposed
to matzo itself) during Passover. I have found a variety of non-gebrochts
products, including very good cookies, cakes and even things like ice cream
cones,
in Hasidic neighborhoods in Brooklyn, NY before Passover.
