I am looking for input from those that have participated in events such
as a cycling century or a running marathon. How did you load up on
carbohydrates, sans pasta & bread?
1. What was used prior to event to carbo load?
2. How many days before hand, etc.?
3. What commercial items have you used during such events, i.e.
drinks and/or gels?
