have been layered with breadcrumbs to facilitate the development of the
mold (that gives them their particular taste
I would say the real moldy cheeses would be fine as they are aged in
caves that the mold lives in. it's in the air. Get good imported
cheeses. But then again I bet most good imports are not full of garbage
like American foods are.
