Found a kosher for Passover cake product at the supermarket that is better than what I remember of Yankee Doodles.....and marked Gluten-free. They're chocolate Cream-filled Ring Tings, and I couldn't wait for Passover. Cheated tonight. Should not have eaten the whole thing, but it was sooooo good. Very rich.
Like a chocolate donut filled with cream with chocolate icing mounded on top.
The label said they're made by Cinderella Sweets Inc. in Woodmere, NJ 11598. I also bought some other cakes that they made, but they'll go into the freezer. All marked gf and kosher for Passover.
I bought them at Shop-Ritein Marlton, NJ. I don't know who else distributes them.

* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
