I am going to Norway in July and will be spending most of two weeks in a
secluded area in the north.  Any suggestions about where to purchase gluten
free foods would be greatly appreciated, as would a translation of a brief
explanation of Celiac and forbidden and allowed foods.

I will also be spending a night or two in Oslo and Copenhagen, Denmark and
I would like to eat out there if anyone could suggest places to try.
