I had asked the question -- should you stop taking your supplements before having vitamin and mineral levels tested.

Received a variety of answers - yes and no.

You would think that the levels would not fluctuate from day to day, but would be a gradual buildup over weeks and months, in a similar way to the ingestion of nutritious food.
