to answer the comment about my response

I was diagnosed 14 years ago when celiac was a "rare" diesease...olne in
ten thousand and when oats, canola oil and distilled vinegar were
no-no's [which I stil follow]. There was very little in terms of
guidelines. Luckily, I had a md/homeopath who told me about Veratrum
Alb 30 and a nutritionist who told me about "the formula"...l-glutamine
and probioitics complex. Other than that, I was on my own.

I live in NYC and eat out several times a week in all kinds of
restaurants from diner to posh. Except for the first several months
while my gut was healing, I HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE BAD EXPERIENCE EATING
OUT. I must be doing soemthing right!...'nuff said.
