Is anyone familiar with Pei Wei?  It is owned by P.F. Chang's and is a
smaller more casual version of it.  They do a lot of take-out.  I spoke to a manager
there and they don't have a gluten free menu, but said a couple of their
dishes are made without soy sauce or other gluten-containing ingredients and they
are cautious in preparation.  I was wondering if anyone has had any experience
with them.
