Subject: Norbest (turkey)
From Consumer Relations/Norbest:
Yes our whole turkeys are gluten free. In fact all of our turkey
products are gluten free. The only thing that has gluten in it is a
gravy packet we put in our boneless turkey breast, and then the
packet is packaged separately so it has not contaminated the meat.
You can enjoy your turkey!

Jennie-o sells gluten free turkeys and
other products (though the gravy packets DO CONTAIN GLUTEN).

I also came upon several gluten free recipes from Celiac Sprue
Association.

I realize that this might be old news to some, but thought I'd pass
it on for any newbies. :0)
If going out to eat is more your style, PF Chang's
http://www.pfchangs.com/index.jsp and The Outback offer gluten free
menus.
Happy Thanksgiving,
