I have found this in "The Allergy Cookbook" by Ruth R. Shattuck.  I find I
have to cool them for a while before eating.  Great for this hot weather
some of us are having!

Carob Delights
1/2 c. carob (or chocolate powder)    1/2 c. brown sesame seeds
1/2 c. honey                                       1/2 c. chopped nuts or
1/2 c. pb or nut butter                         unsweetened coconut
3/4 c. raw sunflower seeds

Combine all ingredients except nuts or coconuts in food processor with steel
blade.  Whirl until well blended.  Press into 8" or 9" square pan.  Press in
nuts or coconut. Cut into squares.
