My husband was just recently diagnoses with Celiac Disease and I found a local healthfood store which carries Gluten-free products.  Healthy Choices is located at 153-16 10th Avenue in Whitestone, Queens NY.  The staff was very helpful and are willing to order things that are not in stock.  The phone # is 718-746-2342.  The more people request items, the larger their stock will be so if you are in Queens or the Bronx - try them!!
