Hi fellow celiacs...

I'm still pretty new at all this and desperately trying to be gluten free (seem
to be living on broccoli, apples, cheese, rice bread and yogurt.)
Even so, my stomach makes horrific growling noises -- so much so that I
am disrupting in places like church and meetings and have to leave.

Is there anything you have found to quiet the stomach?
I'm beginning to feel like a leper!
