Can gluten be breathed in? If a young girl who is celiac is around bags of barley during her horseback riding lessons, is she at risk of breathing in gluten and thus getting a gluten-reaction and becoming sick? I thought I read somewhere that dog food is also a problem since much of it contains gluten. I would appreciate any input and personal experiences. Jennifer
