I have found that "A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles" ...marked "fat free, wheat
free, gluten free" is indeed safe.  I called their 800 number and only
those noodles are made in that factory, so they are indeed gluten free.
And, they are delicious. They are, what I call, "human noodles".  Just
thought I would share this.  Linda Block
